Leasing Length Options

12 Months

Application Fee per adult, 18 years or older (Non-refundable): $65, $85 for married couple- marriage certificated needed.

Monthly pet fee: $50, $350 (Non-refundable pet fee at move in)

Deposit to hold an apartment when application is approved: $300 (Applied towards security deposit upon move-in)

UPON APPLICATION APPROVAL

$300 SECURITY DEPOSIT “Holding Fee” to reserve the apartment home until your move in day (applied to move in cost)

Once and application is approved and you need to cancel it, you will forfeit your “Holding fee.”

Pro-rate money (if move in date is other than the first day of the month)

SECURITY DEPOSITS

1 Bedroom / 1 Bath: $1,075-$2,150

2 Bedroom / 1 Bath: $1,325-$2,650

MOVE-IN DAY

All required money is due prior to receive keys.

Electric must be turned on in your name and the account number must be given prior receiving keys.

Keys may be picked up in leasing office and will be given when ALL parties have signed the lease and move-in documents.

RESERVATIONS

To reserve an apartment, we accept money orders and cashier's check only. Please bring 2 separate money orders.

$65.00 (Non-Refundable) Application Fee per person ($85 Married Couple - Must bring marriage certificate)

QUALIFICATIONS

When submitting application for approval, you will need the following:

Driver's License / Valid Identification

Social Security Card

2 Copies of Most Recent Paystubs / Recent Tax Return / Last 2 Months Bank Statements

Vehicle(s) Registration

Credit, Rental and Employment background check will be done on all applications 18 years of age or older. No Exceptions. If applicant not approved, the $300.00 reservation fee will be refunded. Additional deposits may be due after processing your application.

No Evictions, Must have reasonable credit.

After approval is granted, all monies are Non-Refundable ($300 Reservation Fee)

All applicants with a eviction and or money owed to another apartment community will be denied.

Birth certificates are required for persons under the age of 18 years old.

Two recent & consecutive pay stubs from your employer or written verification of employment from your employer with proof of income.
